UEO Ventures (“UEO”) is an online retailer of niche market products and services that are unique, eco-friendly, and organic, and that support the lifestyles of the affluent “baby boomer” generation. It was founded by its owners Norm and Shelley May and David Culver as a vehicle to leverage love of family, children, and dogs into a business that is highly profitable. UEO is committed to making a positive impact on the environment and the lives of the people of the world.

UEO is an Illinois based LLC that was started in June of 2010 with the acquisition of www.MyHealthyPuppy.com, a fast-growing online retailer of unique, eco-friendly, and organic products for dogs. Through MyHealthyPuppy.com, UEO is building an online community to profitably share the love of dogs and make a positive impact on the world through a sustainable giving model in support of major charitable organizations.
